Pricing & Implementation Fee
The collaborator model is Workzone's most important pricing tool — and it's being used reactively. Use it BEFORE price comes up. Then surface the implementation fee on call one, not at procurement.

The reframe (for Enterprise deals)
“If you have 10 core users and 50 people who need to view and approve things — a VP reviewing a proof, an external agency giving feedback — our Enterprise plan includes 5 free collaborators per core seat plus unlimited free guests and reviewers. So your 10 core users cover 60+ people total. In Asana or ClickUp, all 60 need a paid seat at $12 — that's $720/month. You pay for the people doing the work. Everyone else is free.”
For smaller teams comparing to Asana/ClickUp
Starter at $8/user is price-competitive with Asana ($10.99) and ClickUp ($7), but ships with Gantt views, dependencies, and templates out of the box.
Team at $20/user is still competitive when you factor in Asana Business ($24.99) for comparable intake/approvals features.
Implementation fee
One-time setup fee paid in the first year only. Covers hands-on onboarding, configuration, and training with the product specialist team. Does not apply to Starter.
Has historically surfaced late and pushed deals over budget (Trimac, LOC, EnrollmentRX). TACM/conference members may have the fee included or discounted. For price-sensitive deals, fee waiver works as a close incentive — but only with a hard deadline and a consequence.
